Your privacy is important to the Workforce3 One team. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Workforce3 One Webspace. You must register with the site to gain access to online training materials, to register for webinars, and/or to receive informational updates via e-mail. The personal information collected for registration with the site is:
We gather personal information from users of Workforce3 One to track usage of our online materials, and so we can better develop our relationship with the Workforce3 One community. Occasionally, we seek comments from individuals on services offered. These comments allow us to determine how to improve our services.
The Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a), requires us to notify you that the Privacy Act protects the information you are providing to us. The Workforce3 One parties will not share any of your personal information with any other organization or individual. However, please be aware that any use of information you share with other site users by those users is beyond our control. The Privacy Act also requires we notify you that, in rare instances, we may also have to disclose this registration information to the Department of Justice or a court in connection with Federal litigation.
We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with Workforce3 One if you would like to receive up-to-the-minute information about new Workforce3 One training, products and services, as well as important news. We will communicate with an individual via e-mail if the user agrees to receive these communications. Individuals who believe they are receiving communications in error and/or no longer desire to receive these communications should contact us at contact@Workforce3one.org. We will remove the names of those individuals from our mailing lists.
You also may decide to send us personally-identifying information, for example your mailing address, in an electronic mail message requesting that information be mailed to you. Information collected in this manner is used solely for responding to requests for information or records. We may forward your e-mail to representatives of the Workforce3 One entities or to Government entities who are better able to respond to you.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. To access a description of these procedures, click here.
